Elaine Balsley, Executive Director, received her occupational therapy degrees from Sargent College of Allied Health Professions, Boston University. During her career, she has worked in a variety of medical and educational settings with infants, toddlers, school aged children, as well as adults in Connecticut.
Elaine is a governor appointed member of the CT Interagency Coordinating Council which assists and advises the Birth to Three administration.
In addition to managing a household with two growing boys, Elaine is proud to manage a talented and dedicated group of professionals. Her priority is to oversee the professional integrity of the agency in order to ensure that children and family receive quality services.
